In a Personal Training session, you’ll follow a series of individual training programmes designed specifically to meet your health and fitness goals. These programmes can comprise a combination of many things, including free weight, resistance machine, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), circuit sessions, and boxing and padwork-style work, too.
Having used exercise and nutrition to help transform her own body, Frances focuses on motivating her clients to achieve the results they want, whether it is with weight-loss, body leanness, fitness or strength.

Interval-based work gives you the tools to maximise your aerobic and anaerobic fitness, ensuring you burn calories and increase your metabolic rate. We work with you, depending on your fitness level, to devise a programme for the best results.
If your body feels stiff, sore or painful, flexibility training is a must, especially as you get older. Whether it’s for your legs, hips, back or shoulders, or any other part of your body, we train with you to maximise your whole body movement.
